Pros

Overtime pay

Free company meals

No concerns about leaving the company

Cons

Extremely low salary

Senior management gets the most benefits/bonuses, while frontline employees get the least. You earn a low wage and still get yelled at all day. The annual salary increases are about the same as inflation.

Sometimes it's unclear what the manager is busy with. Project management only happens when they think of it; normally, you can't get them to take action, and they only scold people when there's a problem.

A bureaucratic hierarchy + fixation on trivial matters + only managing things when deadlines are approaching = nobody gets to leave work on time.

Overtime is the norm at the company. It's common for some departments to work until the early hours of the morning, and working overtime on weekends is a given.

If you want to parachute in as a senior executive and coast toward retirement, I highly recommend it. I don't recommend it for fresh graduates; they will have a miserable time.

Pros

Haven’t encountered any so far

Cons

Just arranging the interview was already a major problem.

I asked about another time, and HR replied that the company conducts group interviews, so arranging an individual interview would require asking the supervisor. However, I waited three days without being told whether it had been arranged. When they contacted me the day before to discuss a special circumstance, they also did not mention that the interview time had not been arranged. On the morning of the originally scheduled interview date, I contacted them again to confirm, only to be told that the time had not been confirmed at all. They even spoke as if they were completely in the right, saying that the invitation time they sent should have been followed. But as an interviewee, I had received absolutely no notification and simply arrived at the verbally agreed-upon interview time. Shouldn’t an interviewee ask for clarification? Shouldn’t they know whether the company currently intends to interview them?

HR kept saying that the supervisor had not confirmed anything, so was the interviewee supposed to contact your company’s supervisor themselves? Or should they simply wait for a last-minute notification? And when the interviewee followed up, were they then blamed for being pushy?

The way HR handled the matter, as well as their attitude, was already enough to make me feel that this was unacceptable. I directly declined the interview!?

Pros

The atmosphere in the outdoor pantry area is very relaxed, the facilities seem to be quite good, and there are lots of food and snacks.

Cons

The interview was conducted as a group interview (for the Digital Community Planning position), and all of the managers were noticeably older. During the first interview, they did not leave any time at all for the candidates to ask questions. I was also stood up for the second interview (the HR contact took unexpected leave, and the manager was out as well, so I made the trip for nothing). In addition, the business unit for the position was not clearly stated, so I had no idea which business unit was actually hiring...

Pros

The interview includes a simple aptitude test and an exam.

As an integrated marketing company, there are 1–2 interview stages depending on the position applied for.

The starting salary is between 27,000 and 29,000 for applicants without relevant experience or fresh graduates.

The starting salary is approximately 31,000–33,000 for applicants with relevant experience or a master’s degree.

The probationary period is one month, but you must complete three months of employment to receive company benefits.

The position has been open indefinitely, so the turnover rate is probably quite high.
