Overtime pay
Free company meals
No concerns about leaving the company
Extremely low salary
Senior management gets the most benefits/bonuses, while frontline employees get the least. You earn a low wage and still get yelled at all day. The annual salary increases are about the same as inflation.
Sometimes it's unclear what the manager is busy with. Project management only happens when they think of it; normally, you can't get them to take action, and they only scold people when there's a problem.
A bureaucratic hierarchy + fixation on trivial matters + only managing things when deadlines are approaching = nobody gets to leave work on time.
Overtime is the norm at the company. It's common for some departments to work until the early hours of the morning, and working overtime on weekends is a given.
If you want to parachute in as a senior executive and coast toward retirement, I highly recommend it. I don't recommend it for fresh graduates; they will have a miserable time.
