Haven’t encountered any so far
Just arranging the interview was already a major problem.
I asked about another time, and HR replied that the company conducts group interviews, so arranging an individual interview would require asking the supervisor. However, I waited three days without being told whether it had been arranged. When they contacted me the day before to discuss a special circumstance, they also did not mention that the interview time had not been arranged. On the morning of the originally scheduled interview date, I contacted them again to confirm, only to be told that the time had not been confirmed at all. They even spoke as if they were completely in the right, saying that the invitation time they sent should have been followed. But as an interviewee, I had received absolutely no notification and simply arrived at the verbally agreed-upon interview time. Shouldn’t an interviewee ask for clarification? Shouldn’t they know whether the company currently intends to interview them?
HR kept saying that the supervisor had not confirmed anything, so was the interviewee supposed to contact your company’s supervisor themselves? Or should they simply wait for a last-minute notification? And when the interviewee followed up, were they then blamed for being pushy?
The way HR handled the matter, as well as their attitude, was already enough to make me feel that this was unacceptable. I directly declined the interview!?
