Cons

The owners are a married couple. During the interview, the first round was with the owner (CEO), and the second round was with the owner's wife (COO). Basically, the owner's wife is in charge of everything at the company.

During the interview, I was told that my primary direct supervisor would be the owner. However, after actually starting work, I discovered that the owner's wife controlled everything, and that the job responsibilities described during the interview were completely different from those communicated after I started working.

In addition to having its own products, most of the company's revenue actually comes from handling projects for other pet-related businesses. It's like an integrated marketing company. Because the company's own products are still in development, after joining, I ended up working on marketing projects for other companies, with schedules that were extremely disorganized and rushed.

On top of that, the owner's wife is a control freak. Everything, big or small, has to be reported by email, but she does not reply, so you have no idea whether she has confirmed anything. Since the owner's wife is also the owner of another company, if you need to confirm something and ask the owner directly, you may even get scolded. Things often get stuck between the husband and wife.

Alternatively, if you leave your desk to go to the restroom for five minutes, the owner's wife will call to ask where you are. Basically, this company does not respect its employees and considers exploiting them to be reasonable.

Pros

The female owner doesn’t often come into the company; when she’s away, it’s peaceful.

Cons

If you’re coming here because you like animals, please don’t! The owners are selfish businesspeople who never consider their employees, are stingy, and don’t genuinely love animals. They don’t treat employees as company assets, yet expect everyone to constantly curry favor with and wait on the veterinarians, because apparently the veterinarians are the gods of this company?! Even the year-end party was all about continuing to wait on the veterinarians! But isn’t the year-end party supposed to be for the employees? They also love taking on last-minute cases, so there’s no need to say much more. The employee turnover is high; anyone thinking of going there should think it over carefully.

Pros

You can get exposure to various pet-related industries and attend major pet expos for free.

Cons

1. Meetings are inefficient. The same thing may have to be discussed three times in one week, and the boss still won't remember the progress.

2. There are many proposals and the timelines are very tight. Employees are never informed in advance about which projects are coming up, and the company doesn't know how to negotiate reasonable working hours with clients.

3. The boss doesn't like pets, yet runs a pet-related platform. As a result, it feels like they only care about making money.

4. You have to go against your conscience to work on some really poor products for clients who can afford to pay. My sincere advice is that people who love pets don't need to consider this company.

They are not genuinely interested in sharing pet-related information with the public.

Pros

Plenty of paid leave

Cons

You can tell how terrible this company is just from the interview. The job description does not match the actual interview, and the interviewing manager has an extremely conceited attitude.

Pros

The colleagues and team are nice... I can only speak for the period when I was employed... I don't know about the present...

Cons

The bosses are a married couple, and each has their own flaws, but every company has those, so I won't go into them. What shocked me most was... we were actually stood up for the year-end party and spring banquet, and this isn't something that only happened recently—I heard employees have been stood up for several years...

Although the company is basically centered on the Pettalk platform, it actually takes on many projects from other companies, making it more like a marketing company rather than one that simply manages websites. The boss and his wife love taking on difficult projects and then disappearing, leaving the people below to deal with the mess. The boss especially loves accepting extremely urgent jobs... This Friday, he suddenly announced that we had to participate in a pet exhibition the following Thursday, but the design and marketing teams had absolutely no time to prepare anything. Just preparing the exhibition materials was nearly enough to work us to death, not to mention that we still had other urgent assignments on hand.

The company makes expense reimbursement very troublesome. Basically, you have to pay out of pocket first and then submit a reimbursement request... you won't receive the money until you get your salary the following month, and sometimes there are delays. This was confirmed with accounting... Basically, the money is stuck with the boss's wife. The most outrageous thing is that they even delay payments to vendors... I have absolutely no idea why anyone would cooperate with this company...

As an aside, the year-end bonus is less than one month of salary. As for how miserable the amounts are for the three major festivals and the start-of-work bonus, use your own judgment.
