You can get exposure to various pet-related industries and attend major pet expos for free.
1. Meetings are inefficient. The same thing may have to be discussed three times in one week, and the boss still won't remember the progress.
2. There are many proposals and the timelines are very tight. Employees are never informed in advance about which projects are coming up, and the company doesn't know how to negotiate reasonable working hours with clients.
3. The boss doesn't like pets, yet runs a pet-related platform. As a result, it feels like they only care about making money.
4. You have to go against your conscience to work on some really poor products for clients who can afford to pay. My sincere advice is that people who love pets don't need to consider this company.
They are not genuinely interested in sharing pet-related information with the public.
