The good thing is that my colleagues are very easy to get along with.
1. At the head office, we had to work overtime until after 11 p.m. without overtime pay or compensatory time off. Overtime also required the supervisor's approval.
2. Once six o'clock arrived, supervisors would think you were not committed to your work if you left on time. (Hello, you're not going to pay me overtime anyway.)
3. A colleague resigned and refused to sign a confidentiality clause, but returned all the other documents. They were then fired on the grounds of being absent without leave for three days. (But they had actually resigned themselves.)
4. After leaving the company, they were required to return to the company to collect their salary. (The colleague only called to ask why the money had not arrived and then found out that they had to go back to the company to collect it.)
Oh, right—at present, apart from the accountant, the boss, one planning manager, and the design staff, there are probably fewer than three employees in the company, right (?)
None
The company's management keeps going around in circles and berates people indiscriminately. If you're thinking of joining, please think twice; if you're already here, please leave as soon as possible.
Frontline employees have a strong sense of solidarity.
Upper management does not care about lower-level employees and pays those lousy wages, acting poor all day. It's one thing to skip the year-end party, but senior management all went on a two-day, one-night vacation to hold their own year-end party. They respond to feedback entirely in bureaucratic language, with no intention of making changes. When everyone leaves, they don't reflect on their own systems or management; instead, they blindly blame the recruitment team for poor performance. If you can't handle the responsibility, don't take it on; with no experience, they still dare to take on major events—呵呵
They compulsorily change national holidays into regular working days without asking employees first.
If employees have to worry about their benefits at a company, then it isn't a good company.
It's currently quite relaxed
No double pay during the Chinese New Year period; forced to take compensatory leave instead!
No overtime pay for extra hours!
The dogs are cute
Working overtime is one thing, but sometimes when rushing to meet deadlines, there isn’t even compensatory leave. Once, I spent two whole days at the company over the weekend rushing to finish a project, without getting a day off in lieu or overtime pay. Great.
