Young people can gain a lot of experience here, since the work is quite diverse and there is a lot of it.
The materials left by previous employees are very disorganized, and the code has never been cleaned up.

A bunch of legacy code. The development documentation wasn’t written by developers, and almost all the previous developers have left, leaving behind nothing but folders full of handover materials.

No three-festival bonuses (the year-end bonus is not guaranteed), and no performance bonuses. They provide a self-evaluation form, but it turns out to be completely meaningless. No matter how high the overall score is, the company still has the final say.
No one can understand what the company does from its official website.

If I really had to say something... if you’re very good at sweet-talking and want to retire, it’s very suitable.
1. The systems are extremely underdeveloped.
2. Raises and pay cuts are entirely based on the supervisor’s mood, with no criteria.
3. The turnover rate is extremely, extremely, extremely, extremely high (five or six people left in six months), commonly known as “sonic-speed chopstick washing.”
4. There is very little room for learning. Mutual learning within the team is not encouraged, nor are expenses for external learning subsidized. Your abilities will stagnate after joining, which is not very beneficial for your next job.
5. During onboarding, they said there would be free afternoon tea, cookies, and so on, but canceled the snacks and refreshments for a bunch of reasons.
