Very high turnover
The air conditioner leaks
The restroom smells terrible
No three-festival bonuses (the year-end bonus is not guaranteed), and no performance bonuses. They provide a self-evaluation form, but it turns out to be completely meaningless. No matter how high the overall score is, the company still has the final say.
No one can understand what the company does from its official website.
The salary is lower than the market rate
