Probably the scariest comment section I’ve ever seen—number one by far. Luckily, it made me skip this place altogether.

Every comment from the users is absolutely true. Don’t go to this place under any circumstances. If you want to play Truth or Dare, come experience life instead.

The advantage is that there are so many drawbacks, they’re impossible to list them all.

I endured a day there, hastily filled out my resignation form, and ran off.

All I can say is, such a great company shouldn’t be experienced by me alone.

The office has air conditioning

The interview included a bunch of boring questions, and they even had me use chopsticks to pick up red beans and mung beans. The department and salary discussed during the interview were not what I got on my first day: I was met by a supervisor from another department, who said that because they were short-staffed, I should go help them first (???). I spent about two weeks doing miscellaneous tasks like printing things before they let me return to the department I had originally applied for. Two days later, they said the production line was short-staffed, so I ended up assembling parts alongside foreign workers. I thought it was just temporary and didn’t mind helping out, but after only a few days, I got a call saying that because my performance was poor, they were going to deduct NT$5,000 from the salary they had promised. They said that if I couldn’t accept it, I shouldn’t work there. I didn’t even stay in the department I had interviewed for for a full week. I went straight to submit my resignation the next day. This company is absolutely terrible. Deducting NT$5,000 from NT$30,000—doesn’t that just make it the money the government subsidizes you with?.

Only hires older employees; the government provides subsidies, and once the subsidy period ends, then...……

1. The boss manages in a dictatorial manner, the work atmosphere is extremely poor, and the remaining management staff are all incompetent, submissive people.

2. The boss does not understand computers and communicates entirely in writing, wasting time monitoring work and checking the work of different departments against each other.

3. Meetings consist only of yelling at people, personal attacks, and vulgar language; he behaves like a crude, unrefined person.

4. There is no overtime pay in the office; every day involves unpaid overtime until 8 or 9 p.m., making the hourly rate worse than working part-time at 7-Eleven.

5. I advise anyone looking for a normal work environment not to waste their time.

6. The employees there are all older people who have difficulty finding work and endure the situation in silence for the sake of making a living.

The interior decor is quite nice.

While I was filling out the information, I could hear people arguing loudly outside. They were yelling at each other for what must have been about 10 minutes. Afterwards, the receptionist came over and told me that all the supervisors were in a meeting and that I might be asked to come back for a second interview.

Absolutely speechless. A huge waste of time.

Fortunately, I have already left the company.

Get a different boss, and spend all day doing meaningless, unproductive things that are completely out of touch with reality. They even have to control the color of the chairs, while still fantasizing about going public—dreaming would be faster.

The warehouse connecting the company’s second floor to the third-floor restaurant is crammed with exhibits from past trade shows that no one organizes or manages. Nearly 600 ping of space is being used to pile up trash. Internal administrative procedures are still handled on paper. The company’s products are primarily manufactured on a contract basis for Japan Aviation Electronics (JAE); other customers account for less than 30% of the company’s total orders. It can only rely on foreign workers’ relentless overtime to drive down production costs, leaving it with no competitive advantage.

I haven't gone for the interview yet. I called HR to schedule a time, but HR wasn't available. A colleague answered the phone and, in a very rude tone, said, “Just leave a message on 104,” and then hung up on me. That already gave me a bad impression.

After receiving the interview message, I saw a whole list of interview rules and was completely stunned. It’s already like this before the interview—what would it be like if I actually joined the company?

After looking online, I found overwhelmingly negative reviews. Fortunately, I didn’t waste my time.

The young woman at the expensive counter glares at people and speaks very rudely! She has an attitude of looking down on others (she must be a relative of someone important).

This company is often short-staffed.

Mobile phones cannot be brought into the factory area—perhaps they are afraid of being recorded or having evidence preserved through audio recordings!

According to the illegal-activity records found online, they seem to repeatedly violate the law; they are completely brazen and unafraid!

The company has a chef who cooks lunch and dinner, buffet-style. However, sometimes the chef cooks random dishes. Whether you eat or not, $30 is deducted per day.

1. Overtime is the norm. Even if you work overtime three days a week, you may still be told that you do too little overtime!

2. New hires or assistants are often reassigned as operators at the end of the month.

3. The boss loves yelling at people and constantly contradicts themself. The same document can be legal in the morning and illegal in the afternoon!

4. There are an overwhelming number of written documents that can never be fully organized! Every day, you have to check with other departments to confirm that the documents match.

5. Meaningless meetings are held frequently.

6. The boss likes to turn simple procedures into complicated ones.

7. Personnel changes happen frequently! Things may change twice in a single day.

The probationary salary is paid under the guise of an advance (you are required to sign an advance payment agreement), thereby evading legal responsibility.

The boss is very authoritarian. You have to go upstairs at 7:50 a.m. to do exercises, along with being subjected to morale-boosting lectures. I applied for a purchasing position, but still had to help with deliveries. The company’s senior management are all relatives of the powers that be, throwing their weight around. The only advantage is that lunch is provided, with aunties cooking in the large cafeteria.
