Lunch costs 600 per month, and dinner is free when working overtime.
The boss lacks integrity. Cutting the salary agreed upon during the interview is one thing, but during the probationary period, pay is calculated at the minimum wage. When receiving your first month's salary, you are pressured to sign for it as an advance. Working from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. is normal here. The boss constantly nags, and every employee is expected to revolve around him. The senior management's relatives have no ability, yet after accepting an order, they can still cut in line for production and are not punctual at work. The boss is old-fashioned and dislikes using computers, so there is an excessive amount of paperwork, which is not environmentally friendly at all. The company's document folders already number more than 2,000, with a target of at least 4,000. The generational gap is extremely serious. Working at this company is strongly not recommended.
