The boss lacks integrity. Cutting the salary agreed upon during the interview is one thing, but during the probationary period, pay is calculated at the minimum wage. When receiving your first month’s salary, you are pressured to sign for it as an advance. Working from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. is the norm. The boss constantly nags, and every employee is expected to revolve around him. Senior management consists of relatives and associates who lack ability; after accepting an order, they can still insert other orders into production, and they are not punctual at work. The boss is old-fashioned and dislikes using computers, so there is an excessive amount of paperwork and the company is not environmentally friendly at all. The company already has more than 2,000 folders, with a target of at least 4,000. There are severe communication gaps. I strongly advise against working at this company.
