Maybe I joined the wrong department. The rules prohibit taking two consecutive days of leave (this is the first time I’ve ever heard of such a rule). When my child was hospitalized with a serious illness, I took family care leave but was still questioned for taking too many days off and reprimanded for serious negligence. The company’s operations come first; employees and their families are treated as if they don’t matter. Only long-time employees or those in higher-level positions have the privilege of taking extended leave. The hierarchy between superiors and subordinates is extremely rigid.
When production is running normally, it's quite relaxed.

One person is expected to do the work of two.
The systems are not well established.

The good positions are all occupied.
Accountability system; only factory personnel receive overtime pay
