Pros
When production is running normally, it's quite relaxed.
Cons
Work four days and rest two, with no overtime pay; a responsibility-based system, and working hours exceeding 12 hours.
The machines are old and malfunction every day.
One person is expected to do the work of two.
The systems are not well established.
There aren't many bonuses.
The good positions are all occupied.
