The interviewer seemed to have a solid technical background.

The company's office seemed reasonably well arranged.

During the interview, the interviewer kept saying that they really liked my experience and hands-on work, and told me they would notify me about the next steps in a week. However, I never heard back. After making several phone calls, sending an email, and calling the interviewer's mobile phone, I was told that they were on a business trip and would reply by email. The reply said that there were other candidates, but two or three days later, the same position appeared again. It felt like the whole process was just using the interview to learn from me.

The interview process was fairly pleasant. We also communicated and shared experience and abilities in QA, and the interviewer expressed great satisfaction.

The salary still seems to follow a low-cost approach, with the professional aspects concentrated in a single role.

After the interview, they asked about my desired salary and said it could be negotiated, but later said they would inform me of the result without proactively following up. Only after I made several phone calls and sent emails did they reply that there was a more suitable candidate. Two or three days later, the position was being advertised again.

It felt like they were learning from others during the interview.

Other than the company environment being pretty good, I really can't think of anything else to say.

The requirements and goals set by upper management are very unclear, making them difficult for frontline employees to carry out, and the workplace atmosphere is unfriendly.

The nature of the work appears quite flexible on the surface, but in practice, failing to figure out what upper management wants is equivalent to working for nothing.

Employee turnover is high, and the salary and benefits are mediocre.

Colleagues are frequently laid off or leave, so you can often take on various vacancies and level up your learning skills.

Understanding the CEO’s needs and business goals requires an extraordinary ability to read minds, training PMs’ and RDs’ mind-reading abilities.

They’re bold about offering salaries (but it’s unclear how much you’ll actually receive; you might inexplicably be let go, but you can treat it as a working holiday to save money).

The company observes a strict hierarchy based on seniority; new employees are responsible for taking on the work that senior employees don’t want to do.

I’ve already written so many advantages—how could there possibly be any disadvantages?
