Other than the company environment being pretty good, I really can't think of anything else to say.
The requirements and goals set by upper management are very unclear, making them difficult for frontline employees to carry out, and the workplace atmosphere is unfriendly.
The nature of the work appears quite flexible on the surface, but in practice, failing to figure out what upper management wants is equivalent to working for nothing.
Employee turnover is high, and the salary and benefits are mediocre.
