Forget the old-timer culture; for entry-level employees or newcomers, all you can do is work yourself to death. There’s nothing else.

Why are we forced to use leave on makeup workdays? It’s clearly illegal 🙄️
Absolutely terrible!
We even have to change into slippers at work… Is this kindergarten?
-I believe it was the product marketing unit! During the interview, they showed you their best side. The manager said they would take care of you, hoping you would come work there. They also said they would negotiate for you to move from N-10000 to N-8000, and guaranteed that this was the salary level for senior employees at the company. (Whether that is true, I don't know, but when I changed jobs from my previous company, I ended up earning about the same.)
-No need to clock in or out, so no one cares how late you work.
-The department has many people, creating a highly competitive, survival-of-the-fittest atmosphere. Everyone likes to put on a good show in front of the boss or the boss's wife.
-The company provides a 70-dollar employee meal subsidy. I don't know whether the food is good, but at the time I always used it to buy fruit costing around 70 dollars.
-The manager of one marketing department at the time was easygoing and lacked much of an opinion. She was also relatively willing to follow the ideas of her subordinates regarding projects, so she often went along with what they said. When she was told that another employee was doing poorly, she would quietly keep it in mind and give that colleague a bad evaluation. She was so kind that she was eventually transferred to manage another brand unit, while her subordinate became the department's senior manager.
-The current manager of the department is highly skilled at office politics and very ambitious, single-mindedly striving to climb the ladder. She is so proactive that she occasionally urges others on, often saying that someone is unsuitable for the position, is not doing well, or should change jobs. By the end, the colleague even came to feel inadequate and lacking, and the manager was persuaded as well, resulting in that colleague being asked to change jobs!
-The company is very good to its employees. At the year-end banquet, it invites young models from the brokerage companies it invests in to perform, then holds a lucky draw together with current employees. Even if an employee does not win a prize, it does not matter; everyone is treated fairly. Every employee is good at drinking, making the year-end banquet quite spectacular. Everyone enjoys performing “catching rabbits” together, and even open relationships are acceptable. Even if people have spousal responsibilities, men and women can hug and embrace each other without a problem. After all, everyone is colleagues, and it is very open and wonderful.
-Managers are allowed to favor certain colleagues. Even if they are accused of workplace bullying, that just means the colleague is too sensitive and incompetent at their job.
-Very efficient: there is no need to spend too much time understanding employees' work situations; everyone just needs to do their own work.
-If you like office politics and a harem-like environment, this really is a good place.
-Suitable for people who like making sarcastic remarks and competing for the position of favorite concubine.
-The businessman really loves being praised and flattered by everyone. Employees will even spend their holidays making birthday videos to please the boss. If you like traditional memory storage, choose ADATA Technology, which ranks second in the world rather than first.
-Suitable for people who are not afraid of developing workplace trauma.
-You can't tell the advantages from the disadvantages. Do you think these are advantages or disadvantages?
-I advise anyone serving as a brand manager to keep improving their abilities and become more capable. Rising through suppressing and smearing others will leave you feeling empty. You must have seen The Glory? Workplace bullying is unacceptable.
-Not suitable for people who value teamwork, want to work hard in the workplace, and continually improve and grow.

1. When HR came to interview me, they said all the meeting rooms were occupied, so we conducted the interview at a small round table on the second floor.
2. I had to wait an extremely long time for the hiring manager to arrive for the interview. I was left sitting there for more than half an hour.
3. On the day of the interview, they said it would take about a week to get the result and that they would notify me whether I was accepted or not. After a week, I still hadn't received any news, so I sent an email to ask. The manager then called and said that he would first submit my information for a salary review. About three hours later, he called back and said the salary review was complete and asked me to wait for HR to send the offer letter. But in the end, they completely ghosted me, saying that the position had been misdefined when it was opened and that they were actually looking for a different type of candidate.
This is seriously ridiculous!! Are they playing with people?!
And they still claim to be some kind of friendly, happy company. Absolutely ridiculous!
The salary is quite good compared with several similar tech companies, and the overtime situation is not as serious as at other companies.
Our department manager is great and always tells us to get things done quickly so we don’t delay leaving work.
There is paid sick leave.
Large companies really do have a lot of procedures; running back and forth is a little inefficient.
The company regularly provides rapid tests, and its pandemic prevention measures are handled quite well. There are fixed year-end bonuses for the Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival.
The boss is always willing to give generously to those who perform well.
A few colleagues are really annoying—they loaf around every day, doing nothing but waiting for their paychecks. Wherever there are many people, there are bound to be freeloaders.
The colleagues are all quite friendly, and there is a sense of teamwork. There was collaboration between different departments for a period of time, which also felt pretty good. There is an $80 meal allowance.
Transportation nearby is not very convenient; it is about a 20-minute walk from the MRT station.
The interview was for ADATA’s subsidiary, Chung Peng Biotechnology.
The benefits are quite good, including an employee cafeteria and meal subsidies.
The salary and compensation are considered good, and all the standard labor benefits are provided.
The HR representative was polite and courteous, responded to messages quickly, and seemed serious and responsible.
The company building’s epidemic-prevention controls were fairly thorough.
The biggest issue may be the supervisor (online marketing), who repeatedly emphasized that people interviewed in the past had promised they could meet the job requirements but resigned within a month of being hired because the pressure was too great. However, the supervisor seemed unable to accept that people might resign because of excessive pressure. They gave the impression of being suspicious of others and distrustful of their abilities. Even after I submitted the interview assignment as requested, they kept demanding more and more work as proof of my abilities. Be careful that your work may be used without authorization. They repeatedly emphasized that the pressure is very high and that there are annual KPIs.
Environment, spacious atmosphere, decent salary
Colleagues are difficult to get along with; you’re left to fend for yourself
Managers shift responsibility onto members
Often have to work overtime until late; responsibility-based system

A company that really likes to throw people under the bus. The pressure will be very high after joining, so think very carefully.

They make robots but cannot offer corresponding salary conditions

A company that lies to people. For a robotics-related department, the supervisor personally called and said that HR would get in touch and that an offer letter would be issued, but I never received any call from HR. A very dishonest interview process. Going to an interview costs time and money; if I am not suitable, please say so clearly. Do not inform me and then leave me with no follow-up. This only makes people feel that the company is very dishonest and terrible, and that it deceives people. Be careful.
