The interview was for ADATA’s subsidiary, Chung Peng Biotechnology.
The benefits are quite good, including an employee cafeteria and meal subsidies.
The salary and compensation are considered good, and all the standard labor benefits are provided.
The HR representative was polite and courteous, responded to messages quickly, and seemed serious and responsible.
The company building’s epidemic-prevention controls were fairly thorough.
The biggest issue may be the supervisor (online marketing), who repeatedly emphasized that people interviewed in the past had promised they could meet the job requirements but resigned within a month of being hired because the pressure was too great. However, the supervisor seemed unable to accept that people might resign because of excessive pressure. They gave the impression of being suspicious of others and distrustful of their abilities. Even after I submitted the interview assignment as requested, they kept demanding more and more work as proof of my abilities. Be careful that your work may be used without authorization. They repeatedly emphasized that the pressure is very high and that there are annual KPIs.
