Pros

The Lai family is very kind in front of the employees.

Cons

One day, my son looked at my payslip and told me that I had been underreported despite my high salary. That was when I realized I might have been underreported.

The company's former HR staff had worked there for decades and were used to it, so I knew there was probably no point in asking them. I found out that a new HR deputy manager had joined the company, so I asked her privately.

She was also very candid and told me that she had raised the issue with the company, and only then did the company realize it. She told me that the company had said it intended to move in a legal direction, and she very politely asked me to give the company a little more time.

I had a very good impression of her.

I was initially very happy that some fresh energy seemed to be coming into the company.

But this HR deputy manager left after apparently not even staying for a month~

I don't know whether she was also held back by some kind of bureaucratic obstacle.

I often see on Tianyancha that many companies have HR managers who left because they had the moral courage to do so.

Now Xinlutai can finally share that it has also experienced such an HR manager~

Just like other companies,

it immediately posted a recruitment notice for an HR manager.

Currently recovering from an injury.

Sharing this with everyone.

Pros

Easy parking

Cons

1. If an office employee resigns within one year, they have to pay for the uniform.

2. Salary is paid in two installments.

3. Only part of the salary promised in the offer is used for labor insurance contributions.

(First salary installment)

This lowered the basis used for my home loan.

My labor pension contributions are also reduced every month.

To put it simply, my salary was underreported for insurance purposes despite being high.

When I asked HR, HR pushed me to Finance.

When I asked Finance, Finance pushed me to the consultant.

I kept thinking: if you handle salaries and insurance contributions this way, do you really think the consultant will help you go to court?

Will the person who handles enrollment and withdrawal from insurance bear a lifelong criminal record for document forgery? Will the consultant bear liability for Finance's instigation of document forgery? Will the consultant help General Manager Lai bear fraud charges?

I kept all the offer and insurance salary records and take responsibility for what I said. I have now also passed the examination to join the public-sector public safety system, so I will not make careless statements.

4. Workplace injuries occur almost every day.

I provided legally correct occupational safety planning.

The supervisor simply said: “In practice, the on-site staff cannot cooperate, so just let it go~”

To be frank, I insisted on the key regulations. I could have been vague without forcefully crossing the line, but if they are not going to implement them, why hire an occupational safety professional? For decoration? To hold a title? Or to take the blame?

In any case, I insisted on leaving.

Pros

1. The security guard was very nice and friendly.

2. The production line staff were also quite friendly and showed me the way, because it requires a short walk from the main gate to the office (located on the second floor).

Cons

1. I was originally arranged to sit in the conference room, but they suddenly had a meeting, so I was asked to move next door (which I believe was some senior executive’s private office).

2. The entire interview lasted at most 10 minutes. The department manager only looked at my résumé and confirmed my certifications, without discussing any details about the job. (They may have exchanged some kind of signal...) The executive assistant from the company beside me (who also serves as the head of the Administration Department) then asked, “Let’s discuss this internally and see whether we need you to come back for another two days later to hand over work with the colleague in question.”

I was then asked to leave, and the department manager even strutted out.

The entire interview was extremely disrespectful!!!
