The Lai family is very kind in front of the employees.
One day, my son looked at my payslip and told me that I had been underreported despite my high salary. That was when I realized I might have been underreported.
The company's former HR staff had worked there for decades and were used to it, so I knew there was probably no point in asking them. I found out that a new HR deputy manager had joined the company, so I asked her privately.
She was also very candid and told me that she had raised the issue with the company, and only then did the company realize it. She told me that the company had said it intended to move in a legal direction, and she very politely asked me to give the company a little more time.
I had a very good impression of her.
I was initially very happy that some fresh energy seemed to be coming into the company.
But this HR deputy manager left after apparently not even staying for a month~
I don't know whether she was also held back by some kind of bureaucratic obstacle.
I often see on Tianyancha that many companies have HR managers who left because they had the moral courage to do so.
Now Xinlutai can finally share that it has also experienced such an HR manager~
Just like other companies,
it immediately posted a recruitment notice for an HR manager.
Currently recovering from an injury.
Sharing this with everyone.
