1. If an office employee resigns within one year, they have to pay for the uniform.
2. Salary is paid in two installments.
3. Only part of the salary promised in the offer is used for labor insurance contributions.
(First salary installment)
This lowered the basis used for my home loan.
My labor pension contributions are also reduced every month.
To put it simply, my salary was underreported for insurance purposes despite being high.
When I asked HR, HR pushed me to Finance.
When I asked Finance, Finance pushed me to the consultant.
I kept thinking: if you handle salaries and insurance contributions this way, do you really think the consultant will help you go to court?
Will the person who handles enrollment and withdrawal from insurance bear a lifelong criminal record for document forgery? Will the consultant bear liability for Finance's instigation of document forgery? Will the consultant help General Manager Lai bear fraud charges?
I kept all the offer and insurance salary records and take responsibility for what I said. I have now also passed the examination to join the public-sector public safety system, so I will not make careless statements.
4. Workplace injuries occur almost every day.
I provided legally correct occupational safety planning.
The supervisor simply said: “In practice, the on-site staff cannot cooperate, so just let it go~”
To be frank, I insisted on the key regulations. I could have been vague without forcefully crossing the line, but if they are not going to implement them, why hire an occupational safety professional? For decoration? To hold a title? Or to take the blame?
In any case, I insisted on leaving.
