They constantly berate former employees, criticize the social education system, and disparage the hospital and healthcare system. Moreover, their words and actions keep changing, with no logic. Be careful when working here; they are very good at making employees take the blame.
The main point is that the boss once suddenly hugged a female employee, causing her considerable trauma. There are no surveillance cameras in the office, so be careful.
In addition to berating former employees behind their backs, the boss has also directly berated current employees and verbally abused them.
It is best not to come work here!

They didn't mention during the interview that there would be holiday on-call duties. Only after an issue arose did they say that the salary already included compensation for on-call duties...

They use examples of former employees to warn you, speaking with hidden implications and cursing the labor bureau for you to hear.
During the interview, they say their business policies are very idealistic and explain how staff should be grouped, etc., but in reality they want you to do many miscellaneous tasks.
The staff turnover rate is very high; many people are FIRED (but they will teach you to resign yourself because they do not want to pay severance).
They will even demand that sales staff pay back huge hospital fines!!
