The drawbacks are exactly as everyone here has said.
So, so, so true!!!
If a problem occurs, they will not listen to your explanation and will pin the blame on you!!!
They will require you to write reports that are detrimental to you!!!
Resigned employees may face difficulties getting their salaries and other payments!!!
There are absolutely no benefits!!!
The bank often gets stuck at 3:30!!!!!
