They proactively sent a message requesting an interview, but after I asked about some interview details, there was no further response???
The office building is fairly new.
They recruit under the name of Taiwan Asia but may place you in one of its subsidiaries. Policies change constantly, and business targets are frequently revised, making it difficult to adapt. A great many people have already left—think carefully!
The HR department is fairly organized and completely clear about its own responsibilities and the relevant questions raised by the person asking.

˙ Although the parent company is clearly not a startup, all documents are on paper; there is no system integration, no basis for reference, and no credibility
˙ An old company trying to follow the trend of new industries while failing to value its employees
˙ No communication; most people assume they have explained themselves very clearly, are overly self-satisfied, and engage in hindsight criticism
˙ Managers are freeloaders; outsiders leading insiders, and pushing every problem down to subordinates
˙ A nursing home (if you want to slack off)
The colleagues are generally okay.
1. The company still uses factory-style management from 20 years ago; things like requesting leave are handled by filling out paper forms.
2. Naturally, there are no computer records that can be used as a basis for individual performance evaluations.
3. There is no appropriate two-way communication.
4. Everyone takes on duties unrelated to their original position.
5. Account reconciliation is done manually; there is no system.
6. You can get by very well by slacking off; being conscientious only makes things harder for yourself.
7. The company often hires the wrong people or fails to retain talent; it wants existing employees to develop new business, with unrealistic, fanciful ideas.
The HR representative was polite and explained the job responsibilities clearly. Unlike interviews at many companies, which feel like matchmaking, they had carefully reviewed my résumé before asking questions. The entire process was relaxed and pressure-free, and they did not ask about private information.
