The HR department is fairly organized and completely clear about its own responsibilities and the relevant questions raised by the person asking.
˙ Extremely disrespectful of professional expertise; expecting one person to do the work of ten
˙ Recruiting employees under the parent company's name, but in reality assigning them to a newly established company unit
˙ Although the parent company is clearly not a startup, all documents are on paper; there is no system integration, no basis for reference, and no credibility
˙ An old company trying to follow the trend of new industries while failing to value its employees
˙ No communication; most people assume they have explained themselves very clearly, are overly self-satisfied, and engage in hindsight criticism
˙ Managers are freeloaders; outsiders leading insiders, and pushing every problem down to subordinates
˙ A nursing home (if you want to slack off)
