Pros

The company environment is tidy. The female owner may believe in feng shui; there is an area by the entrance with decorative chairs that cannot be sat on, and the meeting room door must not be closed after a meeting.

Cons

Job seekers, please think carefully. The internal operations are extremely chaotic, with disorganized processes and division of responsibilities between departments. I heard from colleagues that people have come and gone so often that no one knows how many rounds of turnover there have been. The female owner also cannot clearly articulate the company’s direction. She started the company herself and wants to make every kind of product, resulting in very confusing brand positioning and an inability to focus. If she is dissatisfied with a subordinate’s performance or feels that expectations have not been met (though the way this is communicated is very vague and ambiguous), HR will inform the employee that their last day is that same day, in the early evening. This is extremely disrespectful. A company like this is truly not worth staying at.

Pros

Cleaning staff are provided.

Cons

Although this is clearly a company that has been established for quite some time, many of its internal processes are still very chaotic. One reason is the extremely high turnover rate: new employees cannot stay, and a large number leave after just two or three months. In addition, the company dismisses employees for highly subjective reasons, so naturally, handovers are not carried out particularly thoroughly either.

Senior management is not very receptive to opinions; even when they do listen, they only listen to the views of certain individuals (hint: the manager on the department store side), and are completely unable to listen to employees' opinions from a neutral standpoint.

Conclusion: As long as you have other options, I absolutely do not recommend working here.

Pros

Cleaning staff are provided.

Cons

After the Lunar New Year, turnover is extremely high, and the entire marketing department was wiped out.

The internal systems are incomplete, and work handovers are very superficial.

The position described in the interview and the actual duties assigned to you grow threefold—you have to do the work of three people.

HR’s level of cooperation during the interview is inversely proportional to after you join. When you ask questions, they dodge them skillfully—they’re experts.

Pros

The environment, after all, is a department store counter.

Cons

The interviewer didn’t introduce themselves and kept telling you to ask questions. When I did, they answered impatiently and even asked why I was asking that.

The base salary only reaches the expected target after adding together various allowances, bonuses, and other items.

Not recommended—don’t waste your time...

Pros

The environment?

Cons

The interview a while ago felt very strange. From the HR personnel to the manager, the entire interview process felt rather abnormal. I suppose the environment was about the only thing that was acceptable.

Pros

The environment is clean and tidy

Cons

Wastes employees' youth and time! Wastes employees' youth and time! Wastes employees' youth and time!

Because new employees often pass when their probationary period is about to end!! Before they cross that threshold, the company will have HR hand them a dismissal notice and ask them to leave for reasons that are stated very vaguely and unclearly!! It is not really because the employee did not perform well enough or made a serious mistake, but because someone in upper management does not like you and wants you to leave, so you are inexplicably forced to go!!!

There is no established internal system or handover training system, and employee turnover is high, so "handover gaps" occur very often. Some long-time employees also like to shirk their responsibilities. This company consists mostly of new employees; very few people make it through the probationary period or stay for N years. Upper management is very slow and fickle when making decisions, changing policies from one day to the next, which often leaves those carrying out the work at a loss about the direction and what to do. In the end, this can develop into a tendency toward "one-person rule" in certain departments: trust those you employ without suspicion, and do not employ those you suspect. The turnover rate among new hires in departments is extremely high. No one knows when a new person has joined a department, so people often do not know which department you belong to. When they need to find the contact person for a department, they often do not know one another, or even who you are, creating an awkward situation—because the staff have changed again!!!

This company "dismisses employees" very frequently!!! Almost every month, people are suddenly informed that they are being dismissed and are required to leave immediately. (Such a strange company—don't disbelieve it.)

HR is timid, but at least polite!

Cons

The business manager was incredibly arrogant, while HR was extremely timid!

Candidates come for an interview, not to be interrogated!

With such a poor attitude, do you think you're an international brand?!

In the end, my attitude wasn't very good either. Please—who would want to work with a manager like that?! Take a look in the mirror!
