Although this is clearly a company that has been established for quite some time, many of its internal processes are still very chaotic. One reason is the extremely high turnover rate: new employees cannot stay, and a large number leave after just two or three months. In addition, the company dismisses employees for highly subjective reasons, so naturally, handovers are not carried out particularly thoroughly either.

Senior management is not very receptive to opinions; even when they do listen, they only listen to the views of certain individuals (hint: the manager on the department store side), and are completely unable to listen to employees' opinions from a neutral standpoint.
