Pros

The salary is okay.

Cons

Office politics are very complicated. Employees in many departments lack the necessary abilities and often shift blame, or even lie to frame employees who work diligently. HR does not understand the Labor Standards Act very well, and the company's management has also failed to comply with the Labor Standards Act according to the principles of integrity, honesty, and kindness, with the aim of pursuing the greatest possible benefit for both labor and management. They appear to have maliciously and illegally dismissed employees.

The company does not value talent. Those who make you feel that they seem to be very close to the general manager and chairman have opinions and lies that control your fate. There is no need to work too hard. People who are too capable and talented will be envied, kind people will be bullied, those who do not lie will be mocked, and those who stand out will be attacked. Then, one day, those crafty people who constantly change their positions will plunder the fruits of your work and may even cause you to lose your job. Do not believe them when they say they hope to change other people's lives; this statement is frightening. The company is not short of intelligent people, but what it lacks most is the right attitude toward conducting oneself and doing one's work, along with a kind heart.

Pros

There are too many drawbacks; there are no advantages.

Cons

The company is very disorganized internally and has hardly any procedures. It lacks almost everything, and one person is expected to do the work of two or even three. All the capable people have left; some escaped and others moved on. Those who remain can only fend for themselves. The high stock price is merely a temporary façade that benefits the upper management. It would be understandable if this were a small company, but there are even cliques inside that abuse their influence, so you must be extremely careful how you conduct yourself there.

There are hardly any benefits. Part of your salary is deducted every month and is actually spent on birthday parties. There is a lot of work, and when upper management assigns you something, you are expected to find a way to produce the result. The pressure is enormous, with no room for compromise. Most outrageous of all, those who work hard and get things done are dismissed and investigated. This is a company that cuts people loose; if you want to join, look after yourself and be careful not to lose your way without realizing it........

Pros

The lowest-level employees have very good relationships because they were tortured and humiliated together, creating a sense of revolutionary solidarity.

Cons

The general manager holds enormous power. Their IQ is high, but their EQ is questionable. The chairman is a husband who prioritizes the general manager in everything. In 2020, revenue was three times that of 2019, yet only one month’s year-end bonus was paid—absolutely ridiculous! The annual bonus is only a few thousand, and it also seems that many employees receive nothing— even more ridiculous! Employee benefits consist only of a very perfunctory health checkup; there is nothing else! The company atmosphere and pressure should be considered hell-level @@.
