The general manager holds enormous power. Their IQ is high, but their EQ is questionable. The chairman is a husband who prioritizes the general manager in everything. In 2020, revenue was three times that of 2019, yet only one month’s year-end bonus was paid—absolutely ridiculous! The annual bonus is only a few thousand, and it also seems that many employees receive nothing— even more ridiculous!
