Read the community guidelinesYou can work as you please,
working hours can be flexible by 15 minutes,

no overtime.
GOOD!
There are no cleaning staff in the office,
everyone only takes care of their own area,
and there is very little consideration for public spaces.
The restroom used most often is always left in an outrageously dirty state,
there is a brush, but no one uses it......
NOT GOOD!
A company with absolutely no HR, and an extremely casual, natural company culture. The company culture shared online really is true. The interview managers are very casual and also very rude, with their personal preferences extremely obvious. Those going for an interview can bring an equally casual attitude and interview with them—everyone will have a relaxed and enjoyable time : ).
Qisi Enterprise = Hualong International Co., Ltd. The previous company’s shifts had the signs of two companies, and the management was superb!
The office building is a factory building, so remember to bring your own toilet paper when you need to poop XD
Working hours are very employee-friendly, with flexible hours, and it’s easy to take leave.
Most colleagues are easy to get along with.
No need to work overtime; you can leave on time.
The common areas are rather dirty and messy, and the restrooms are very dirty.
The company has an electronic attendance system; it is very advanced,
which makes it convenient when you need to request leave at any time.
Working and break hours are very flexible, with no fixed limits.
The colleagues are easy to get along with.
Overtime requires approval from a supervisor.
In principle, overtime is not required...
There is no dedicated cleaning staff,
so individuals must take care of their own office environment.
As for the common areas, hygiene is poorer,
and this is also caused by individuals’ poor hygiene habits.
It is truly speechless.........
Everyone should work together to protect the environment.
There are three seasonal bonuses or gifts.
You can play some light music in the office to help ease stress and frustration.
Employees are occasionally given company products free of charge.
You can learn many ways to handle different situations...
The building’s overall cleanliness needs to be improved; the view outside the windows is completely gray with dust!!
Most colleagues are very friendly, but a few lack empathy and do not care about keeping the office clean. After replenishing the copy paper, they do not dispose of the packaging; if something spills in the refrigerator, they do not wipe it up either....
The work atmosphere is harmonious
There are gift bonuses or gifts on three occasions
There is an annual year-end party and employee trip
Basically, the colleagues are easy to get along with, and the benefits are okay
The company culture is basically about respecting one another
The building management is poor
The company has a relatively young workforce, a harmonious atmosphere, and good communication.......
Cons: The building elevator doesn’t wait for anyone (when you’re about to be late for work, you can only watch helplessly as it slips away—so frustrating....)
The restroom is not clean (people don’t even aim properly when using the toilet).
Some colleagues are easy to get along with, except the old-timers.
Hualong is just like “Qisi Enterprise”—look it up for even more exciting details.
The Administration Department rules the roost, and nobody dares offend them. Avoiding responsibility comes first.
There are far too many rules dictated by the Administration Department. As long as they are unhappy, everyone suffers.
This company will eat into employees’ annual leave.
They miscalculate by several days, then flatly deny it. When asked to provide the calculation formula, they make excuses and become angry and upset.
Several managers are also extremely outrageous.
They are blind to which employees below them are actually working and only protect their favorites. Their favorites can then draw high salaries while doing nothing. If anyone bullies a favorite, the supervisor will even help drive that person out. It is utterly outrageous.
There are hardly any benefits. For the Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival, employees only receive shopping credits to buy the company’s own products, and the credits must be used within one month and cannot be accumulated.
You even have to buy your own office supplies; the stock is very incomplete.
The office is a large open-plan space with no partitions between desks, and several people speak very loudly without making any effort to keep their voices down.
There is no overtime pay. If you clock in for overtime, they print out a form for you to sign confirming that it was for “non-overtime matters”—clearly just an attempt to evade government regulations.
Although it is a Taiwanese company, it uses the Chinese clock-in system “DingTalk,” forcing you to install the app on your phone, so your location is completely visible wherever you go.
The warehouse colleagues get along well and support each other, but only within the warehouse.
Some people in the Taipei management department really should just leave! If the boss still wants the company's business to prosper…
Giving them severance pay might make the company better!
Desperately looking for fault with the people below them—
that’s also part of the management department’s job, right?
Without the warehouse staff shipping orders for you~
You are nothing!
15-minute flexible late arrival allowance
Leave work on time
Take lunch on time
Many long-serving employees
The management department is very harsh
Upper management pushes work onto others
The structure is chaotic and things are handled recklessly
The boss’s wife is the director
No sense of aesthetics or understanding
Emotional; once made an employee cry while scolding them; likes to put their own son in advertisements
