Pros
You can work as you please,
working hours can be flexible by 15 minutes,
you can leave work right on time,
no overtime.
GOOD!
Cons
There are no cleaning staff in the office,
everyone only takes care of their own area,
and there is very little consideration for public spaces.
The restroom used most often is always left in an outrageously dirty state,
there is a brush, but no one uses it......
NOT GOOD!
