There’s a reason the turnover rate is high. The accounting processes are very strange: all of the company’s incoming invoices are collected centrally by accounting. You also have to follow up on acceptance and delivery status yourself, and serve as the point of contact for reconciling accounts with each supplier. As a result, the work is more like that of a sales assistant. It is also difficult to coordinate with the various departments; whenever there is a problem, it is considered an accounting problem, and accounting has to handle it.
Apparently, the year-end bonus is equivalent to 1.5 months’ salary. The company is mostly made up of young people, so it can be a good stepping stone.
The decor is beautiful, and the colleagues are all very young; most are recent graduates and newcomers to the workforce.
The company atmosphere is poor and lifeless. If you’re considering joining this company, I recommend referring to online reviews, as they have a certain degree of credibility. In particular, the managers in the X Road Business Division have biased and unfair mindsets. Anyone considering joining that department should think carefully.
The work environment is beautiful, with great decor.
High employee turnover due to low pay and poor collaboration. HR often doesn't know the answers to even simple questions and is extremely risk-averse.

As soon as they see on your résumé that you are over 35, they don't notify you about an interview.
1. The company environment is beautiful.
2. Overtime can be compensated with time off or pay.

No traditional holiday bonuses; NT$500 Shin Kong gift voucher for birthdays (the monthly Employee Day was canceled starting in 2017).
2.
The budget gets cut at the slightest opportunity—not an exaggeration, everything has to be slashed.
3.
Some managers are transferred internally or hired externally, and their qualifications vary widely. Their leadership abilities are insufficient; they frequently become hysterical for no reason and constantly change directives, resulting in departments having no cohesion and high staff turnover.
4.
The guiding principles of interdepartmental communication: push it away, drag it out, dodge it, evade it, and pass the buck.
5.
You cannot access YouTube or use FTP/Dropbox (you need to apply to IT and schedule a time to upload files).
For companies that do not state the compensation, I suggest everyone not waste their time. A store manager earns approximately 25,000 per month.
Last year, the salary offered for the store staff position was NT$23,000. The store manager who interviewed me had stayed at their first job after graduation for two years. The low pay scared me off, and basically, you had to know how to do everything. There was no opportunity to earn more through peak-period sales performance. The career path was probably to become a store manager and be assigned wherever the company sent you.
