I was originally a motorcycle delivery driver,

The Heavy Electrical Logistics Center is located within TECO Electric & Machinery's factory complex in the Zhongli Industrial Park. Its main business is handling the domestic and international sales of motors produced by TECO Electric & Machinery. The factory buildings are over 60 years old, and the environment is not very good. There is no proper employee break area, no refrigerator or microwave—just one Tatung electric cooker. It is essentially an industrial factory, which I personally cannot accept. The work is relatively simple, but opinions may vary.

The supervisors are kind and approachable, and the colleagues get along well.

I applied for a delivery driver position. I worked from the 1st to the 25th of the month before resigning and received 21K.

Every day, I started work at 7:30 a.m. and finished at around 8 p.m. on average. I never received a company mobile phone, and was only told that phone call expenses would be subsidized. The year-end bonus is only a few thousand, and the gifts for the three major holidays are terribly cheap—it's hardly worth sending them.

There are very few refrigerated trucks, so refrigerated goods are delivered as if they were at room temperature. It's extremely unscrupulous.

Looking at the many records of labor law violations, you can tell that this is an unscrupulous company.

The HR colleagues are very friendly.

The interviewing manager was extremely disrespectful toward the interviewee. I really don't know how I offended him; his tone was very unpleasant, and he very rudely said not to try to deceive people with my previous qualifications.

In 2016, I applied for a management trainee position. The salary was quite good for a recent graduate.
