Have you ever heard of a company where overtime pay has to be applied for in advance?
In the afternoon, after five o’clock, if you haven’t finished your work, you have to clock out first.
After clocking out, you have to keep working until you finish. If you don’t finish, you’re on your own.
All your coworkers are waiting to laugh at you.
Then, if you do finish, you still have to print the report and pay the money. If you haven’t delivered everything on the list, you’ll be held fully responsible—you can’t simply count it as delivered; the system has to be updated, and items that weren’t delivered still count against you.
Next, you have to unload the goods. Whatever amount of goods you’re carrying, you have to unload it all.
Usually, motorcycles are expected to help cars unload their goods.
And after working yourself to death, the people in the cars still take it for granted—as if they don’t owe you anything?
?
Oh, later, even applications for overtime pay had to be reviewed.
If the application didn’t pass the review, you had to argue with your supervisor. But supervisors would usually just say they would help you while actually not bothering to care.
They review it for a month and then tell you it wasn’t approved, just brushing you off.
Well, only later did I find out that quality-related deductions were also made by the supervisor—they could deduct as much as they wanted from you.
Hehe
