Have you ever heard of a company that waits six months, or even a year, and then tells you to pay for something?

Have you ever heard of a package being left in a station office, disappearing on its own, and then loudly demanding that you compensate them?

You should be scolded when you make a mistake. What’s the big deal if office staff make a mistake or forget to do something?

If you don’t answer the phone, does that mean you don’t take your work seriously; but if office staff don’t answer the phone, then they just didn’t answer it—so what?

That’s how a pitiful company comes to be.
