Pros

The people who are happy here are either good at sucking up or too stupid to see people and the facts clearly.

Cons

Inexperienced brats are put in management positions and do whatever they want.

Those who get in through connections have the most power and can do whatever they want to you.

Then there are the suck-ups who curry favor—a whole group of good friends.

If they don’t like you, they’ll do whatever they can to you.

They have poor emotional control; when they’re unhappy, they make sarcastic remarks and taunt you.

To customers, it looks like we all get along well.

In reality, it’s just a group of people forcing smiles through their endurance.

Managers mostly shift the blame. They claim they want to be your friend,

but they don’t really feel that way and speak badly about everyone behind their backs.

Then they smile and tell you, “It’s okay. If you have any problems or want to talk, come talk to me.”

I’ve never worked for such a frightening and idiotic company.

Even when you resign, they say, “We’re still friends, right?”

What do you think?

Pros

Brief introduction to information such as scheduling and pay

Cons

During the interview, the store manager went on at length about lofty ideals in the service industry. The actual job duties clearly differed from those posted on the employment website, and the position required employees to invest a great deal of time and effort. I really don't know why they were hiring part-time workers.

Pros

1. Receive advance notice of promotions (approximately a few days in advance)

2. Group performance is emphasized, with no pressure to meet individual performance targets

Cons

1. Applied for a full-time position, but after joining was first required to work as a part-time employee for three months, with conversion to full-time based on “work performance.”

2. Part-time work: Full-time employees and part-time employees have the same total monthly working hours, but part-time pay is lower than full-time pay (by approximately NT$5,000–7,000).

3. There is no employee discount on any products. After joining, there is no comprehensive new-hire training; all product information must be checked on the official website.

4. The company requires daily inventory counts. If there is an inventory discrepancy, management will ask employees to “review” it, but does not look for solutions themselves.

5. Think carefully before applying. This is a “related company”: if you have connections, there are no problems; if you have no connections, you become the problem.

Pros

None

Cons

They work you like a dog to death, and you still only get paid hourly... The supervisors and managers are even more disappointing... I strongly advise against coming here and wasting your time. The company makes a lot of money, but that won't have anything to do with your salary. The pressure is immense.
