The people who are happy here are either good at sucking up or too stupid to see people and the facts clearly.
Inexperienced brats are put in management positions and do whatever they want.
Those who get in through connections have the most power and can do whatever they want to you.
Then there are the suck-ups who curry favor—a whole group of good friends.
If they don’t like you, they’ll do whatever they can to you.
They have poor emotional control; when they’re unhappy, they make sarcastic remarks and taunt you.
To customers, it looks like we all get along well.
In reality, it’s just a group of people forcing smiles through their endurance.
Managers mostly shift the blame. They claim they want to be your friend,
but they don’t really feel that way and speak badly about everyone behind their backs.
Then they smile and tell you, “It’s okay. If you have any problems or want to talk, come talk to me.”
I’ve never worked for such a frightening and idiotic company.
Even when you resign, they say, “We’re still friends, right?”
What do you think?
