Pros

The end of the workday is generally fairly punctual, and colleagues in the department get along harmoniously.

Cons

1. If you insist that I say something, my feelings are similar to those in the other reviews: there’s very little sense of security, and you never know when you might lose your job.

2. Although it’s a creative department, design and copy changes are difficult to get approved. In the end, it feels like the tendency is to imitate things that have been used before... It’s quite boring to work on.

3. The turnover rate is genuinely very high. After joining, you’ll roughly realize that most of the employees who came before you left after only a few months. Those who have stayed for a long time are relatively stable, so there’s something of a gap between them.

4. The company’s products aren’t actually bad, but I feel that whether they can be done well and sustained over time depends largely on luck.

5. It’s a company where even genuinely hardworking, good employees can be laid off.

Pros

This company has the nerve to say it has pros?

It should be iodine solution instead.

Cons

There are far too many things to criticize.

There is a weekly meeting every Monday, and a monthly meeting on the first working day of every month.

Yet even after holding so many meetings, there is absolutely no central focus or conclusion. I have no idea what the hell they are doing.

The next meeting just repeats the same SOP all over again, without fail.

The boss spends all day living in his ideals, but in practice never takes any action. The one thing he is best at is laying people off.

The benefits are extremely stingy—there is practically no such thing as employee benefits. The boss thinks it is only right that he should make more money.

The boss's logic is unbelievably bizarre. He does not listen to his own employees' suggestions and makes all the decisions himself. Then, when things are messed up, he comes back and blames employees for lacking ambition. Wow, this is truly wonderful.

The boss always gives important work to incompetent vendors, then hands over things that employees worked hard on to those incapable vendors, and ultimately adopts the incapable vendors' final version. The boss is very good at saying that employees are inefficient, but in fact, the person with the least logic and efficiency is himself.

A stereotypical exploitative boss, no doubt. Before laying people off, he first praises employees for not doing a bad job, then tells them that their foundation is not good enough. What he wants is people who can be put into action immediately without any training. That is truly very logical.

I have never seen a company where employees are so eager to be laid off. To employees, being laid off is like winning the lottery.

Every meeting consists of talking about the same things, but no action is ever taken. He wholeheartedly believes the problem is with the employees, not with himself.

The company has an enormous amount of inside information and dark history, and the atmosphere depends entirely on the boss's mood.

To the boss, he himself is God. If something is not done, it is the employees' problem. If an employee performs poorly and gets laid off? They deserve it.

The boss has extremely poor judgment, yet thinks he is strong and capable—he simply does not want to do things. He always trusts bad ideas and will openly bring them out to compare in front of employees.

The company's way of doing things is completely unlike that of a normal company.

They want employees to be obedient, yet also expect them to have their own opinions. I can only laugh.

If you are unfortunate enough to get hired here, I advise all newcomers: run.

During the interview, they said overtime pay was provided, but after starting work,

they required us to clock out together and then continue working!!!

The time-clock records were all falsified.

Later, they even brazenly insisted that it was a duty-based work system with no overtime pay.

The company makes big money selling small purple mite-removal machines with mainland Chinese white-label branding,

but is very stingy with its employees. It was the stingiest boss I have ever seen!

A company that hinders young people's development

The boss thinks they are brilliant and does not accept young people's ideas

They may lay off employees at any time because the products may not sell well

It is a company that is about to be phased out

The boss is very obviously a highly controlling person who wants obedient employees who do not have too many ideas of their own. He believes that as long as he spends more money to recruit people, he can hire replacements, and he does not value employees who are already working for him. He often talks about laying off employees, making people feel that this company offers very little job security.

Pros

The boss should only come into the office in the afternoon.

Cons

1. The boss loves telling stories and can use just about anything as a story to mock people. He says he is only joking, but the people listening feel very uncomfortable. No one has been able to bring this up with the boss yet.

2. The company has no clear promotion system, so raises are out of the question. Even asking for a raise may first result in being mocked for lacking ability while still wanting a raise. There is no clear hierarchy here, so projects may suddenly jump the queue. The probationary period is different for everyone, and there is no automatic raise after it ends—you have to discuss it with the boss yourself.

3. It is impossible to assert your own creative ideas at this company. The boss insists on his own fear-based marketing approach.

4. The boss expects everyone to have many different special skills. For example, designers are expected to know how to write copy, and copywriters are expected to understand data analysis. Even if you really learn these skills and do a good job, the chances of getting a raise are close to zero.

5. If you want a stable work environment, you could consider working here. But the price of that stability is having to give the boss lots and lots of what he wants—not just one to three options, but many! The boss likes the feeling of having a large number of options to choose from. Even if you give him a hundred, it is entirely possible that he will reject every single one.

6. The boss is very changeable: he says one thing to people’s faces and another behind their backs. Today he says an employee is good; tomorrow he says they are no good and should be fired. Every day here, you are afraid of being laid off.

7. The boss often thinks that

8. The boss does not really trust his employees. No matter how big or small the matter, everything has to be approved by him before it can be carried out. But he only comes into the office in the afternoon, so work efficiency is extremely poor. The boss loves emphasizing “efficiency,” but the least efficient one... is himself.

9. During interviews, the boss does all the talking, and the interviewee barely gets a chance to speak. He may not even look at the portfolio; he simply wants someone who will listen to him and do things his way. If you are someone without your own ideas who will obediently follow instructions, you could consider coming here.

10. Small cliques can easily form here. You need to be mentally strong to fit in; otherwise, you may be stabbed in the back and told goodbye without even knowing what happened.
