Pros

There is plenty of time for self-learning.

Cons

After working for a while, I realized that many benefits are not included in the contract, and the contract terms are very unclear.

Pros

When the boss refuses to pay severance, the business team will help you negotiate for it.

Cons

The client failed to notify us one month in advance as agreed that they would not renew the contract, resulting in only two companies being available for interviews at short notice. Although I was hired, during the period before the next job started, the boss pressured me to use my own paid leave to make up for it. The client was clearly at fault, yet employees were forced to absorb the loss themselves; furthermore, the projects at this company generally require only very low-level skills, so clients are usually unwilling to pay high salaries for outsourcing. The boss does not seek projects requiring advanced skills, but instead turns around and claims that your demands are too high and forces you to leave. I hope this boss gets what they deserve soon.

Pros

There’s plenty of time; you’ll gradually get to know them.

Cons

When a company overlooks the fact that the focus should be on newcomers rather than selling manpower, you need to be careful—especially when they ask you to take on a specific project.

There will clearly be exaggerated and untrue claims, so you absolutely, absolutely need to pay attention.

Don’t start agreeing to do it while still half-convinced, thinking you might really make money. It’s like when a typhoon comes: you think there will be a dozen or more people, but in reality, either they get swept into the air along the way or no one shows up.

It’s terrifying. I’m secretly laughing while I’m busy right now; I want to broadcast a warning about this danger.

If you’ve had a similar experience and found this useful, remember to give it a like.

What on earth is the HR department here doing? After being assigned to the site, you can’t find anyone by phone, and you don’t know who to communicate with!!

Cons

A one-month year-end bonus, but it seems that if you haven't worked there for a full year, you'll be penalized half a month's salary.

They wanted me to decide immediately after the interview whether I would accept the job, which I found a bit excessive.

Pros

The salary is very high—almost enough to make you climax.

Cons

The interview experience was absolutely terrible. I only found out on the day what I would have to face during the assignment, and the recruiter seemed to have no idea how the client intended to assess the interviewee.

Pros

13 months’ pay at year-end.

No written test; it was like having a conversation.

The HR interviewer was friendly and approachable.

Afterward, I spoke with another male HR representative and we exchanged thoughts about our future career plans. I received quite a lot of advice and help with my thinking.

However, it also depends on how talkative you are.

Cons

On-site assignment

Pros

1. Everything a full-time offer should have is included

Cons

1. The position also has a staffing-agency offer that does not include annual leave or insurance, etc., but the monthly salary is approximately 18% higher than the full-time position

2. I don't know why two separate HR representatives conducted the interviews but discussed or asked about the same matters and questions

I originally went to the interview after reading [閒聊]'s shared experience, but the experience was extremely unpleasant. The HR representative was very disrespectful toward job seekers.
