He wanted me to optimize it so that it didn’t use `indexOf`, but I tried using a Map and couldn’t finish it 囧RZ. I’ve somewhat forgotten how I solved it before. Some of what I recalled was incorrect.

The HR representative who coordinated the first-round interview was very dedicated in arranging everything, and also had a very good attitude.

In the second round, during the tech view stage, the technical interviewer not only had a rude tone, but also did not ask me anything about myself at all. They kept asking about how things were handled at my previous company, how the SOPs were followed, and how responsibilities were divided. I couldn't figure out whether they were trying to gather information or interview me, but out of respect, I still answered honestly.

At the end, the interviewer said I could ask only one question. I was stunned—do they understand what respect is?

It was not surprising that I ultimately received a rejection letter.

This company ghosted me three times.

The first time was after I submitted my cover letter.

The second time was after they said at a job fair that they would look into the situation and get back to me, but they ghosted me again.

The third time was regarding the information I filled out at the job fair. They told me they didn’t have my résumé. I said that I had already sent in my résumé, and they said they would ask the manager and get back to me, but they ghosted me again.

I advise everyone not to waste their time with this kind of company.

The interview process consists of several rounds and can drag on for several weeks. After completing the test, candidates are not given an opportunity to explain their answers, nor are they allowed to elaborate on their other strengths or areas of expertise. How can a candidate’s true abilities be determined based solely on one test? In addition to taking too long, this interview format is worse than a typical interview.

The work atmosphere is pleasant, and the boss is open-minded and rational. They respect employees greatly and are very willing to give them the freedom to try things out.

There isn't much to eat near the company, so I never know what to have for lunch.

The company that has shown the most respect for candidates among all the companies I’ve encountered. They communicated back and forth beforehand to confirm my availability. I had to change the time because something came up unexpectedly, and they were very friendly and accommodating. The interviewer was very kind and answered all my questions thoroughly, giving a detailed introduction to the company. I really hope I can join them.
