The interview process consists of several rounds and can drag on for several weeks. After completing the test, candidates are not given an opportunity to explain their answers, nor are they allowed to elaborate on their other strengths or areas of expertise. How can a candidate’s true abilities be determined based solely on one test? In addition to taking too long, this interview format is worse than a typical interview.
