The company that loves personality tests more than any other in history. They email you one beforehand and ask you to complete it and bring it to the interview. Little do you know, there's another one waiting for you when you arrive—and the personnel information form is also unbelievably full of pointless, long-winded questions. For example: What are you looking for in your next job?

Does the company really think that choosing one answer or another will affect work performance? So people who choose “career planning” will work super seriously, while those who choose “for the money” will slack off? What bizarre logic.

The company office is quite spacious, but it feels like that's about the only advantage. The whole experience felt very disrespectful toward the interviewee, with the standard corporate mindset of thinking that whoever pays is the boss.
Unless you particularly want this job, I suggest you don't go out of your way to waste your time. I don't know why they sent such an incompetent person to conduct the interview. Are they actually looking for employees? It felt like they were playing interview games.
They sent a brat who was supposedly a “consultant” to conduct the interview, but in reality she was only “consulting her questions,” without considering at all what position the company was hiring for.
The job application was for content marketing, and they specifically reminded applicants to bring a portfolio. Yet they never asked about it at all and kept asking about past planning documents instead. In the end, was I interviewing for a planning position or a content position? It was impossible to tell. I've genuinely never been asked for planning documents before. The interviewer then seemed to enjoy watching the interviewee struggle and started frantically questioning me about planning documents, even saying: “We invited you here precisely to assess your planning abilities.” Oh, I really had no idea. I thought you wanted to assess my content marketing abilities.
It's not that assessing my planning abilities would be unacceptable, but shouldn't your company then include the word “planning” in the job title? Especially when you explicitly told me to bring a portfolio.
Also, I basically don't understand why you couldn't assess planning ability from the portfolio. Aren't you a “consultant”?
Fine, whatever. On top of that, it felt like she couldn't accept opinions different from her own. She asked why I thought something was the case, but after I shared my thoughts, she said, “Actually, what you said is a bit contradictory.”
So I guess your perspective is the only one that isn't contradictory.
It also felt like they had no idea what kind of employee they wanted to hire. They fixated only on the work experience listed on my résumé. For example, because my résumé mentioned data analysis, they kept asking how I analyzed data and what insights I had gained from the analysis, making me wonder: “So which position am I interviewing for now?” In short, it was an incredibly ridiculous interview experience. Sharing this for reference.
Oh, and I saw other people mention that they were told they would receive an email but then never heard back. I was also told that I would be notified whether or not I was hired. Actually, nobody is waiting for that notification, okay? You don't need to waste time sending an email.
Please. I had already crossed your company off my list halfway through the interview, okay? Employers and companies with outdated, authoritarian mindsets, wake up: you're not the only ones evaluating people in an interview.

Do not go to this company under any circumstances! There are surveillance devices everywhere, and employees are not allowed to form personal relationships with one another.
HR = the underground boss = the boss’s wife. Every day at the company, she spies on people, sows discord, and curses loudly, so the turnover rate is extremely high. In addition, the company has surveillance cameras, and the owner and his wife monitor and watch everyone at all times. They even openly look at other people’s phones. They love to make grandiose claims: if the results are good, it is because of their ability; if they are bad, it is your problem. This is an extremely disrespectful company!

HR was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I took time off work to attend the interview, only to find that the HR representative conducted the interview first—a woman who seemed to have very little experience. She did not understand the professional requirements of the position, and her understanding of the company’s products was only superficial. She asked a series of random questions, and at that point I just wanted it to end as quickly as possible. When the hiring manager came in, I found out that HR had arranged the interview independently that day, without the hiring manager knowing about it, and that another time would have to be scheduled. This was completely unacceptable.
I lost a day’s wages and only met with an HR representative who did not understand the situation and did not even know who the direct supervisor was. I have never encountered an interview process like this before. It was unprofessional and pointless, and I also felt extremely disrespected.

The HR department is really incompetent. They canceled the interview at the last minute, just 20 minutes beforehand, and even though I had already submitted my résumé, they claimed they didn’t know my phone number and therefore couldn’t contact me promptly.
Also, after the interview, they sent a thank-you email saying they would reply by XX date, but then completely disappeared. Although being ghosted is common, I don’t understand the purpose of sending that email—it felt even worse than receiving no response at all.
