Employee purchases are relatively inexpensive
At FreshO2 Cosmetics, the division of labor throughout the entire department is extremely uneven. Aside from marketing and graphic design, everything else is piled onto a single assistant. You have to manage inventory, reconcile the accounts at the end of every month, and clear the accounts at the beginning of each month. During the interview, they initially only said that the work was relatively miscellaneous and involved some accounts, but with all of the tasks listed above, even the supervisor cannot handle them. The attitude is that if the supervisor cannot do it, you must be able to. Whether you are a part-time worker or a full-time employee, you are treated as cheap labor. The vendors they work with are also extremely poor, making it very difficult for you to do your job.
When you join and discuss your salary with HR, HR will say that salaries are determined according to the job responsibilities. However, HR does not actually understand what your responsibilities are. The job description on 104 is also deliberately vague and downplays the difficult parts, differing vastly from reality. Moreover, applying for overtime pay is extremely troublesome. Their assistant may need to have 10 years of work experience, as well as be proficient in both accounting and inventory management, so be mentally prepared before taking the job.

1. After entering the company, they kept making the applicant wait idly in the lobby, then continued making them wait in a small meeting room.
2. I had to complete a meaningless 15-minute personality test, and then continued waiting idly for a long time after finishing it.
3. Then I had to write another personal résumé and wait again...
4. The marketing manager and vice president came in together for the interview. The first question was: “Can you edit videos?” (This means the company expects you to multitask.) They then emphasized that there was a lot of work.
5. Then HR conducted the interview. I asked quite a few questions about basic company policies, labor and health insurance, holidays, and so on, and HR became irritated: “Our company would never do anything illegal!” (This HR representative has very poor EQ.) Isn’t it reasonable to ask for clarification? Too many companies underpay insurance contributions or misuse low base salaries.
6. The entire interview took more than two hours, with an extremely long waiting time—from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. I was notified of the job offer at 2 p.m.
7. While asking questions, the HR representative’s eyes kept darting around, and they seemed hungover from the previous day. They kept saying the wrong things, had a bad temper, and did not ask questions very well. Overall, the interview experience was unbelievably poor.
None, terrible to the extreme

On Wednesday, I was officially notified that I had been hired. Then, at 7 p.m. on Friday (after working hours), HR suddenly notified me that I had to interview again. I immediately replied to ask what the second interview meant. I had already finalized the rental of a house, so did the second interview mean that there was a possibility my hiring had changed? They sent an email after work saying, “Come back for another interview on Monday!” This HR representative did not ask the applicant whether it was convenient and simply left work. When I called the company back, no one answered, and they did not reply to my email.
I had clearly already received an official offer, yet two days later they dropped another uncertain bombshell on me. Were they messing with me?
Seeing their unresponsive attitude, I immediately declined to start work!
On Monday, they snapped: “You’re the one who didn’t want to learn more about the company.”
I was dumbfounded. A company that claims to be a major group with its own hospital system and so on had an HR representative who spoke so inappropriately.
I did not hold back either: “Ms. HR, I was only asking what the second interview was for. Since I had already been hired, ordinarily a second interview would mean that I had not yet been hired and therefore needed to interview again. You left work directly without obtaining the applicant’s agreement and arbitrarily scheduled a time. That is disrespectful. What do you mean by speaking to me so aggressively?”
Afterward, on Monday, I called and asked to speak directly with the person in charge. Every employee said, “The manager isn’t here~” What a coincidence.
They completely ignored the matter and gave me no explanation. HR snapped at me again, saying that the manager had told HR too late and that it was not her fault, and then asked me to be understanding. Understanding what, exactly? I rented the house and had to cancel the lease two days later, losing a considerable amount in penalties! Completely irresponsible—they are really good at shifting blame. This shows that the entire company’s system is problematic. Although I was furious, fortunately I never went to work for this terrible company!
I hope everyone who sees this can pay extra attention!
Easy to take time off—because most managers say they are busy handling business matters for the Banqiao and Zhongxing Hospital system.
Most managers say they are busy handling business matters for Galilee when it comes to the hospital system.
What are they actually busy with? Nobody knows.
The boss keeps saying the company will go public → list on the Emerging Stock Market → list on the main board, but in reality, it is all empty talk.
They have been saying this for three years. Can the company actually go public or not? It is still a question??????????
The managers are all enjoying themselves and slacking off, while the subordinates below can only obediently get their work done.
The upside among the downsides → the boss is only willing to hire low-wage workers, so if you just want a job, you could consider it.
But even if you work here for 15 years, don't expect a raise, because the boss will start to resent you and pile more work onto you.
