Pros

It’s easy to take leave at this company; every day, someone takes turns being away on leave.

Cons

Attention, job seekers: even if you work steadily and diligently at this company for four or five years, one day the boss may suddenly dismiss you on the grounds that you are unsuitable for the position.

Or they may dismiss an employee, call them back to work after more than six months, and then dismiss them again less than a year later.

What a company that treats people like monkeys…

Pros

The company environment is modern; each person is provided with a laptop and a large monitor.

Cons

The work is based on a responsibility system, so you still need to respond to clients and handle cases after work, but there is absolutely no overtime pay. Multiple internal applications have been unsuccessful.

The company structure is chaotic, and there is also a sales manager who thinks he is the general manager. He speaks to people in a commanding tone and is extremely impolite (and is very young, about the same age as the other employees).

According to more senior colleagues, the company used to offer very good benefits, but later the boss cut all the benefits. In addition, new employees are not proactively given the salary discussed during the interview after passing their probation period.

This is a company that does not view its employees as company assets. It is not worth joining.

Pros

It’s quite convenient, being about a 7-minute walk from the MRT station, and the company environment is fairly pleasant.

Cons

Job responsibilities are unevenly distributed. Many tasks initially start as assistance but eventually become your responsibility...

The boss expects one person to take on multiple roles. It sounds nice to call it “learning,” but put bluntly, it’s exploitation.

The company has virtually no systems in place; basically, whatever the boss says goes. During the interview, they said overtime would be compensated with time off in lieu.

After some time, when you apply for it, they’ll say you’re on a responsibility-based work system. Bringing it up with your supervisor is useless because the supervisor can’t do anything either.

During the interview, they’ll tell you that your salary will be NT$3,000–5,000 lower for the first three months, but after three months they won’t proactively give you a raise or even arrange a meeting with you.

They constantly pretend nothing is happening. It seems the company has replaced a large number of employees, and all the senior employees have left. Apparently, the boss keeps changing the company’s policies, removing benefits that were favorable to employees.

They also refuse to communicate with employees and only leave messages on read without replying.

Pros

Other than the work environment being pretty good, there aren't really any advantages.

Cons

The boss is extremely good at painting a rosy picture. The salary offered during the interview differed from the amount listed on 104.

They said it would be adjusted after the three-month probation period.

After three months, they said it would be adjusted based on performance.

I don't understand what they mean by not adjusting the salary after the probation period has ended.

Wasting people's time and hiring them at low pay?

They also require you to respond to clients after working hours,

while providing neither compensatory leave nor an easy process for requesting it—you have to write down in great detail everything you did

before you can take compensatory leave.

In this situation, I don't think it's necessary to work overtime for the company.

The employer-employee relationship should be mutually beneficial.

They even euphemistically call it “learning.”

If you're considering becoming a boss in the future, this job might suit you.

At least you'll learn how to paint a rosy picture.
