Can only think of the downsides
On the day of the interview, I arrived at the site only to be told that the interviewer was on vacation and hadn't come. They just found some manager who happened to be there to interview me.
So what the fuck was the point of scheduling the interview?
1. There is an MRT station nearby, but you have to walk a short distance.
2. All the colleagues are excellent; it’s the best team.
3. The company is always at the forefront of charitable efforts, and the chairman cares about employees’ health.
4. There are open communication channels, and the chairman responds personally.
1. The organization is adjusted fairly often.
2. The exercise bike looks like it was placed in a shower room.
3. Massages are not free.
4. The vending machines are often out of stock.
The advantage is that you can train yourself to become a good slave
1. If you're not one of their own, don't even think about getting a raise.
2. You'll have a share in cleaning up the messes, but you'll absolutely get no share of the good things.
3. The working hours are extremely long—so long that you'll question your life choices ^^. No violation of the Labor Standards Act? All I can say is that those who resigned were extraordinarily tolerant.
4. Look after yourself
The advantage is that there are many drawbacks.
This company has a lot of messes to clean up, and it also violates the Labor Standards Act. You come in to clean up the messes and still get yelled at. It’s absolutely not worth working here.
1. The person directly to the right of the reception desk is cute and kind-hearted
2. There’s a PX Mart downstairs from the company—the perfect companion for working overtime
1. The company is full of well-connected relatives and privileged insiders
2. The monthly overtime limit is 12 hours; anything beyond that is considered doing charity
3. The company organizes charitable activities and forces everyone to participate, regardless of their wishes
4. Magnitude-4 earthquakes happen more often than pay raises
5. Human labor data is reported by the hour
6. Working seriously is for fools; slacking off is the true way to reign supreme
7. The technical department plays around with protection, CDN, and DNS whenever they have nothing else to do
8. No matter who makes a mistake, there will always be someone from the product department involved
9. Customer service shifts start at 12 hours minimum
10. Having no SOP is the SOP
11. Tickets undergo super evolution, ultimate fusion, and then evolve again
12. Only high-ranking officials are allowed to set fires; ordinary people aren’t allowed to light lamps
13. One department is used as if it were six
14. A virtual bonus system—everything is an illusion
15. The publishing department is overly serious; the R&D department is full of joy
16. Company motto: Do whatever you want
You can play the game until the connection cuts out.
The RO代理商 is really lousy.
