Pros
The advantage is that you can train yourself to become a good slave
Cons
1. If you're not one of their own, don't even think about getting a raise.
2. You'll have a share in cleaning up the messes, but you'll absolutely get no share of the good things.
3. The working hours are extremely long—so long that you'll question your life choices ^^. No violation of the Labor Standards Act? All I can say is that those who resigned were extraordinarily tolerant.
