Although the company says it complies with the Labor Standards Act, there are still issues with the so-called duty-based work system! They often message you with questions even when you are on leave. If you do not reply, your supervisor may call you in for a meeting the next day and accuse you of lacking a sense of responsibility or something similar. It is also often impossible to leave work on time, and no overtime pay is provided. In short, anyone who wants to leave work on time should think twice!
The internal systems are also very strange. An administrative position has been vacant for at least half a year, and they have still been unable to retain a new hire. This has resulted in a staff shortage, which has indirectly affected the efficiency of handling matters for other administrative departments.
Some positions also have very high turnover. Supervisors do not change their ways; they only shirk responsibility and push work onto others.
The company appears to have employee-friendly systems, but in practice, its management methods are not only outdated and inflexible, but new employees are also often assigned work by senior staff that does not belong to them. However, performance evaluations are entirely controlled by supervisors, so it is basically impossible to refuse. Senior employees only need to curry favor with supervisors and put on a show to get raises and promotions!
In addition, one of the company’s supervisors occasionally likes to promote their political party’s ideology in the work group and repeatedly try to indoctrinate everyone. They even promote voting in the company group. It almost makes you think the work group is a tool for spreading political messages rather than a place to discuss work!

There are quite a few idle people. Those who know how to work but do not learn to assess the situation and decline unnecessary tasks should be prepared to have extra work dumped on them.
When new employees join, they are expected to get up to speed quickly because of production and work-order deadlines, but some veteran employees do not have a very pleasant tone.
People can be stubborn and unwilling to adapt. Although there are SOPs, their application depends on individual judgment, and using the same approach for everyone is not necessarily efficient.
When a position has not yet been filled after someone resigns, other employees are asked to help handle the work after finishing their own tasks.
The company itself is not bad; it is just that upper management does not know how to lead people or win their commitment.
