Easy to take leave
Six employees resigned after the New Year; that’s really something.
There are really no advantages to speak of.
1. There is no salary structure; those who speak up get rewarded. Some people have worked for several years without ever receiving an adjustment, while others said they wanted to resign and immediately got a NT$2,000 raise. If you want a raise, you could give it a try.
2. How well you do at work is not determined by how capable you are, but by whether you can make the boss like you! If the boss likes you, the company will cover for you whenever something goes wrong; if the boss dislikes you, they will do everything possible to fire you before anything even happens.
3. None of the company's managers have the ability to run or manage the business—not even the most basic skills. Put simply, they are highly paid messengers. When something goes wrong, they only say that it was done by someone under them or that it was the boss's instruction, so they never need to reflect on themselves.
4. In 2020, the company had a good HR person. With them there, incidents of the boss taking advantage of employees were relatively rare. However, it is uncertain whether this person is still there, given that the working environment is not very good.
5. Supervisors and the boss like to assign tasks arbitrarily. For example, asking an administrative assistant to help with design, or asking HR to handle IT matters.... After the assignment, resolving the problem is simply expected; if something goes wrong or is not done well, it depends on whether the boss likes you. If they do not, you will be laid off.
For anyone who wants to work seriously or develop their career, I sincerely advise you: this place is really not suitable!!

1. When the government raised the alert level to Level 3, the company immediately announced unpaid leave, while people in the family-owned business continued to live lavishly. There were not even welfare bonuses for the three major traditional holidays.
2. The turnover rate is extremely high. Unless necessary, don’t even try working here—you’ll only waste your time.
3. Everything has to be discussed in the group chat. You can’t ask by private message or face to face! You’ll get yelled at! It’s utterly absurd; employees are given no room or freedom to发挥 their abilities.
4. The heads of this family-owned business have no business sense at all. They do whatever they feel like all day long, and can spend an entire meeting discussing how the departments should hold meetings, what meetings to hold, what time to hold them, and how often to hold them!
5. The procedures are extremely unclear. They often set impossible deadlines and pressure people to meet them; if you don’t, they say you’re not fulfilling your responsibilities!
6. The company’s head once said, “There are employees all over the streets, so there’s no fear of not finding people. If employees want to leave, let them go.”
This is a company with extremely low emotional intelligence from top to bottom. If you genuinely want to work seriously, I strongly advise against coming here.
I honestly find it amazing that this company has survived until now. The turnover rate is ridiculously high—almost every 1–2 months, someone leaves and someone else starts. There are also many manipulative people. The salary increase promised after the probationary period was put on hold because of the pandemic, and I never received a raise before I left. I was completely tricked into joining. Please, if you’re reading my review, really think twice. Unless you truly can’t find a job and have nowhere else to go, you really shouldn’t come here.

2. You need to be mentally prepared to be let go at any time, and it may not have anything to do with your abilities.
3. Although it is a traditional industry, the turnover rate is extremely high; it is very common for people to leave after just one or two months.

5. It is difficult to learn anything because company policies keep changing, and it is also difficult to find room to make an impact.
