The official end of the workday is 5:00 p.m., but I never left work on time. They directly said that the reason the salary was higher was because it was treated as overtime pay, implying that overtime could not be reported. Also, it is a family-owned business. When I asked about the turnover rate, HR said that if they felt someone was unsuitable, they would ask that person to leave, so I guess the previous employee was asked to leave too :)

Working hours are 08:00–17:00, but basically I have never been able to leave work on time. Even when it reaches 17:00, I have to wait until nearly 18:00 at the earliest to make sure there are no orders before preparing to leave. Once an order comes in, it still has to be handled that same day. Although it is a Taiwanese brand, the products are actually all made in China or Vietnam. They are not reassembled after arriving at the company; they are simply relabeled and shipped out.

They treat employees very harshly. If you fail to put on a convincing act or your performance is deemed insufficient, you are immediately asked to sign a voluntary resignation. The products are made in China or Vietnam (while being advertised externally as MIT), and are as cheap as clothes resold from Wufenpu.
They sell C-quality products at A-grade prices. They merely spent money to buy Toshiba's electrical-material trademarks; they are not a legitimate company that genuinely intends to build its own brand.
