The salary is around 30,000, with no bonuses for the three major holidays or year-end bonus.
It is entirely a family business. The managers are parachuted in and lack the ability to lead people; whenever problems arise, they blame others.
They treat employees very harshly. If you fail to put on a convincing act or your performance is deemed insufficient, you are immediately asked to sign a voluntary resignation. The products are made in China or Vietnam (while being advertised externally as MIT), and are as cheap as clothes resold from Wufenpu.
They sell C-quality products at A-grade prices. They merely spent money to buy Toshiba's electrical-material trademarks; they are not a legitimate company that genuinely intends to build its own brand.
