If you really want to join, I suggest first checking the company's operating status, because the company has issued unlisted shares and is required to disclose its operating status. Those who know what they're doing will know how to look it up. I strongly recommend checking it out. A certain senior manager has extremely double standards and cannot distinguish right from wrong. They are very protective of problematic managers and employees, which has caused capable employees to keep leaving.
They also love meddling in other departments’ affairs, making it seem as though they are the most powerful person in the company after the boss. They are best at talking and putting on an act, but their basic management is utterly terrible, while they remain completely self-satisfied.
The air conditioning is very cool, and there are lots of places to eat near the company.
The boss of this sunset industry never changes his thinking and is still stuck in the era of his old business mindset.
